Travel information, tips and recommendations:

Getting there:

The most convenient and direct connections are via Brisbane, Australia. Flights from Brisbane to Honiara (Capital of Solomon Islands) depart every Tuesday and Thursday, from Sydney to Honiara depart Saturday. Return flights to both Brisbane and Sydney are on the same days.

From Europe one can fly direct from London-Singapore-Brisbane-Honiara. From Honiara it takes about 50 minutes by domestic flight to reach Seghe in Western Province. From Seghe airport you will be transferred by motorized canoe to Charapoana Island Resort.
