Charapoana Island Resort Terms and Conditions
General Conditions
A Reservation Confirmation Fee: 20% deposit of the full package price per person is required to be paid at the time of booking/reservation and the remaining balance to be paid in full not later then 45 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Outside of 45 days, no cancellation penalty. 30-45 days - 20% cancellation fee, 21- 30 days - 50% cancellation fee. Within 21 days of arrival 100%.
Payments
All rates are quoted net in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notification. Payment is requested by Telegraphic Transfer as personal or company cheques cannot be accepted for reservations and packages.
Extra optional activities at Charapoana Island Resort and souvenirs bought on the island can only be paid for in either US, AUD or Solomon dollars. It is advisable to bring cash ie US and AUD dollars and major credit cards as reserves.
